Dr. Cody Edgerton

Bio
Cody Edgerton is Assistant Director of Bands and Associate Director of the Pride of Mississippi Marching Band at the University of ÍøÆسԹÏ. Cody directs the University Concert Band, Basketball Pep Band, and University Band. He teaches courses in Conducting I, Marching Band Methods, and Wind Band Repertoire.
Previously, Cody taught 6-12th grade instrumental music at Grandville High School in Grandville, Michigan, and Elk Rapids Middle and High School in Elk Rapids, Michigan. Cody is originally from Charlotte, Michigan.
Cody holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Wind Conducting from Michigan State University, a Master of Music in Wind Conducting from Western Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Michigan State University.
