• Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students at the Hattiesburg campus who plan to be enrolled through at least December 2026.
• Applicants must have been enrolled at Southern Miss for a minimum of two semesters.
  If you are a transfer student, you may apply during your first semester of full-time enrollment.
• Applicants must have a cumulative 2.75 grade-point average or better to apply for and serve on Southern Style.
• Applicants must be able to enroll in UNV 325 during the spring 2026 semester. This class will take place on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 3:45 PM.
• Applicants should understand that in-person summer classes are not permitted. Online courses and summer employment must receive prior approval.
• Applicants must plan to live on campus during summer months in provided housing.
