ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï’s Integrity Assurance Program includes required online course modules through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Program and optional training workshops and forums, as defined in .
All ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï faculty and graduate students must complete the CITI Common Course.
- All IRB researchers must have active (NON-EXPIRED) CITI certificates for both the Human Subjects Research Course AND the Common Course.
- All IACUC researchers must have active (NON-EXPIRED) CITI certificates for both the Animal Subjects Research Course AND the Common Course.
- Beginning in fall 2025, all ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï faculty and staff who conduct human subjects research reviewed by the IRB or IACUC will have to complete two additional CITI courses: one for Conflicts of Interest and one for Research Security. Additionally, any students (graduate or undergraduate) involved in federally-funded research must also complete these courses. These courses are now available in CITI and must be completed by September 30th, 2025.
InfoEd integrates with CITI by means of the user's ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï assigned email address. Since InfoEd login requires ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï credentials, your CITI certificates also must be tied to your ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï email address. The integration will fail if your email address in CITI is @gmail, @hotmail, @yahoo, etc. If you do not know your ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï assigned email address, contact iTech at 601.266.HELP (4357).
