Sustainability at the University of ÍøÆسԹÏ
Mission Statement
The mission of the University of ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Office of Sustainability is to reduce campus waste by promoting a culture of environmental responsibility. Through education, outreach, and engagement initiatives, we aim to empower faculty, staff, and students on the Hattiesburg campus to actively participate in recycling and sustainable practices that support a cleaner, greener future for our university community.
Staff
The Office of Sustainability has two full-time employees and generally two to four student employees. The office is located at 3403 Morningside Drive, next to the Center for Child Development.
